Hi, I’m Lori - and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in over 20 years of building high-performing sales teams, it’s this:  Sales success doesn’t come from fancy dashboards, or 47-page playbooks, or yelling “sell harder.”


It comes from inspired people, clear systems, and leadership that actually shows up.

I’ve spent my career leading and transforming sales organizations across the country - from small scrappy teams to $1B+ divisions - always with one mission:

and make revenue something leaders can predict, not pray for.*

And yes, we can do this while smiling. I do.

My Journey (the short/fun version)

I didn’t become a sales leader by accident. I’ve:

  • Scaled massive B2C & B2B sales teams

  • Built entire sales methodologies from scratch

  • Designed onboarding programs that people actually finish with confidence

  • Developed future leaders who now run teams of their own

  • Integrated $400M+ in acquisitions

  • Rebuilt cultures, rebuilt confidence, rebuilt broken systems

  • Achieved 0% voluntary attrition in markets where that basically never happens

Along the way, I somehow also became the “fixer” - the person companies call when:

  • Things are messy

  • Revenue is unpredictable

  • Culture is cracked

  • Teams have lost trust

  • Training is outdated

  • Everyone is stressed

  • And leadership just needs someone who can walk in, smile, and say:
    “Okay. We’re going to make this work.”

What I Believe (and what my clients LOVE)
